When it came to apartment hunting, not so fun; however, house hunting is a whole other story! We've been looking at houses online deciding on things we like, and figuring out what price range we want. There is what we can very easily afford, what we can afford if we keep a tight budget, what we have to wait a few years for, then there is what would be freaking sweet!!.. (example below)
We have decided to look for something that doesn't force us to keep a tight budget, after all we want to enjoy the house, not be to busy working to notice it. I have found quite a few really great houses in the Petawawa/Renfrew area, but Jonathan has yet to look at them because he is out in the Field all week. I have several (20 or so) listings for him to look at when he gets computer access. We are started the search now because as I said in a previous post, we will only have a week to find, buy and move into a house! Eeeeeep!! If we can't find anything, then we will stay in PM Q's (Military houses) until we can!
Jonathan graduates on the 19th of June, which is only 44 days away! (but who is counting?) Just about six weeks :) So, that's how long we have, to agree on a house, and do all the necessary work to buy and move in, if that's what we decide in the end! How exciting, no procrastination allowed! (ohh dear!)
So at this point we are praying for all the answers we will need in the next couple weeks with deciding what to do. Hopefully this wont be too painful!
I am currently still in Wasaga Beach, with my uncle, aunt and cousins. Really enjoying the nice weather, and the time away from home. Did I mention they have a outdoor hottub?! Yes, its quite wonderful, especially on chilly nights! We are hoping that Jonathan gets this weekend off, so that he can spend some time here too, if we don't decide to go home!
